[译文请给在编辑区，请勿发在评论栏]The chinese government has promulgated a series of laws step by step :" The Tobacco Monopoly Law","Advertisement Law","Law on Protection of Minors","Preventive Law to Juvenile Delinquency" and "The Regulation on the Management of Public Sanitation".Carry out of the non-somking places, non-smoking communities ,and non-tobacco star cities.Stress on uniting and recombining the tobacco industry enterprises;crack down on illegal tobacco trade;prohibiting the sales of cigarettes to minors;forbidding the use of vending machines in China.China has established a legal framework for tobacco control and public health development that includes statutes and government decreeing on tobacco monopolies, advertisement, protection of minors and hygiene management in public places.China will continue to impose strict restrictions on tobacco advertising, forbid selling cigarettes to minors and ban the use of automated cigarette-selling machines,and try to make the 2008 Olympics in Beijing a non-smoking event.
