江苏大娘水饺餐饮有限公司创建于1996年4月，是以水饺为主打产品，融合西式快餐理念，致力于价格平民化、品质标准化、管理现代化、品牌国际化的中式快餐连锁企业。
经过全体员工七年多的共同努力和开拓创新，先后在苏、沪、皖、京、鲁、浙、粤等地区开办了101家连锁店，并在印尼雅加达市开办2家连锁店，在 2003年又投资1000多万成立了一家速冻食品生产企业。
公司现已形成了适合自身发展的管理体系和“六大定位”（品种、名称、价格、选址、环境、服务）的理论体系。目前，公司总营业面积35000余平方米，餐位 15000多个，员工达3000多人。在中国百强餐饮企业中名列第40位；被中国烹饪协会快餐委员会列为“中式快餐连锁十大著名品牌企业”；“吴大娘 ”商标被授予江苏省著名商标。大娘水饺现已成为国内最大的水饺堂食快餐连锁企业。

About us
Brief introduction
Founded in April 1996, Jiangsu Da Niang Dumpling Food Limited Co. is a Chinese fast food establishment adopting the concept of western fast food. We mainly provide Chinese dumplings (also called jiaozi). Our company commits itself to low price, standard quality, modern management and aiming to establish a name brand all around the world.
Development
Owing to the cooperation and innovation of all the stuff, during the past seven years, we have opened 101 chain shops in China (including Suzhou, Shanghai, Anhui, Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangdong etc.) In addition, we also focus on overseas market and opened two outlets in Jakarta, Indonesia. In 2003, over RMB 10 million was invested to establish a deepfrozen food plant.

At present, our company has already formed a suitable administrative system and applied ourselves to achieve six goals—variety, name, price, location, environment and service.
Up to now, we have more than 300 employees and over 15000 seats for customers with about 35000 square kilometers floor space.

Jiangsu Da Niang Dumpling Food Limited Co. was established in April 1996 and its sell point is dumpling. As so far , we have more than 35000 square kilometers areas for selling ,15000 seats for customers and 3000 employees .It is listed as the 40th among Chinese top 100 Catering Enterprise.It is called as “Famous Brand top 10 Chinese Fast Food” by Fast Food Committee of Chinese Cooking Association.The brand “Wu Da Niang” was regarded as outstanding brand of Jiangsu Province.Our company has now became the largest fast food chain enterprise in China.
